However psychological factors such as stress and anxiety exacerbate these symptoms.

The way you think and feel also has an effect on your body. This is not to suggest that IBS is 'all in the mind' because the symptoms people experience are very real, but changes in emotional states, such as stress, anxiety or depression, often cause a flare-up of the symptoms. When feeling stressed, anxious or depressed our bodies can undergo chemical changes, affecting the body's digestive systems making our IBS worse.

Using hypnosis I will help you reduce or even eliminate the symptoms of IBS by helping you to release underlying stress and anxiety thus helping your body to return to its natural and idea state allowing your immune system to work the way it should, effectively and efficiently.
